After losing in Iowa, due largely to the negative ad
campaign orchestrated by a super PAC allied with Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich
appears to be going on the attack. With the aid of a $5 million dollar
contribution from a Gingrich supporter, a super PAC is preparing to distribute
a 30 min presentation depicting Romney as a predatory capitalist who eliminated
jobs and disrupted communities during his tenure at Bain Capital.
The
brand new film about Mitt
Is
sure to hurt him a lot
It shows
what he won’t admit
That he
made lots of workers distraught.
He’d
buy up their place of employment
To
make it run more efficiently -
His weapon most in deployment
Was to
fire employees proficiently.
Now a
SuperPAC’s on the attack
And the
film that they’re making makes clear
That Romney
brought ruin and wrack
To the
workers whom he would cashier.
This
might be Obama’s pitch
‘Cause
the film surely helps him at lot
But no,
it’s our old friend Newt Gingrich,
He’s
just giving as good as he got.

When my owner worked at Compugraphic back in the 1980's the Bain Consulting Group came in for a period to review operational efficiency and recommend changes. By the end of their contract it was clear that Sherman's march through the south was better received by those affected then it was by Compugraphic employees, at all levels.
